Hello!

I’m Amy, mum of two children and one crazy dog.

I am a Body Control Pilates matwork teacher, who’s love for Pilates started in the pre and post natal periods of having my two children. Pilates helped me connect my mind to body, making me physically and mentally stronger. I have always enjoyed movement and exercise but once I found Pilates, something just clicked! The low impact and mindful movement allowed me to have an hour to focus on me, and forget the to-do lists!

Whatever stage of life you’re in and whatever your fitness levels, my aim is to allow you to have the time to think about your body, feel better and have an hour to yourself.
